What patients say on Google
“I’ve been coming to Victory Clinic since last August, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such a caring, compassionate, and genuine medical environment. I struggle with major depression, anxiety, and PTSD, having tried seven different antidepressants over the past seven years and 10 years of therapy. Twice a week, I attend ketamine sessions that have become a beacon of hope for me. Knowing I have these appointments to look forward to gives me the strength to push through my darkest days. These sessions allow me to meditate and relax, providing that gentle nudge out of the deep pit I often feel stuck in. The providers and staff at Victory Clinic are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to answer my questions, and keep you in the loop with your treatment plan, emphasizing that you get a say in it, and that it’s flexible. They really make you feel like you’re part of their family. A little extra touch that really meant a lot to me was when I got married, they surprised me with a gift card to my favorite coffee shop and a heartfelt note. Some tips I would give: if you’re trying ketamine therapy, I recommend bringing earbuds or headphones (since the walls can be a bit thin, though I’m always able to drown it out with a white noise machine they have there, I know some are sensitive to sound), a sleep mask (a little light may get in through some of the room’s windows), and a blanket (though I think they can provide one if needed). I would also recommend trying guided meditation, as that’s been a huge game changer for me. I actually did a round of ketamine therapy a year ago at a different clinic and didn’t find it helpful, but I now believe that was because I didn’t have the right mindset going in. I would just be on my phone the whole time and try to distract myself, but ever since coming to Victory Clinic I tried a new approach, meditating w/ minimal sound & light distractions and giving in to the drug and letting it do its job. This allows me to process things with the assistance of the drug and I always feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders afterwards. And if you’re trying TMS, don’t worry if it feels a bit uncomfortable at first, just let them know. They’ll adjust the treatment to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible, even if that means starting very low until you get used to it. I have absolutely abysmal pain tolerance and I was able to get through it no sweat, I just communicated whenever it was starting to get uncomfortable. If you’re struggling with major depressive disorder or PTSD, please consider giving Victory Clinic a call. They helped me when I felt hopeless, and I truly believe they can help you too. This isn’t just medical treatment - it’s a genuine, caring space that can light a spark of hope in your life.”
“When i walked into this clinic, I knew for sure nothing was going to help me. I was completely lost and confused in life . Been coming to the victory clinic for roughly about 5 months now, And I can actually stand tall and say this place helped me, in so many ways with my mental health and depression, and grieving… The staff here is amazing, they never make you feel like your less of a person. Iam so glad I found them. Thank you Victory clinic!!!!!!”
“Before starting this, here is some context about myself, hoping this can help others. I am a CSA survivor, and my abuse lasted for eleven years (from 3rd grade to my freshman year of college). I have CPTSD and struggled with it for a long time. I've been in therapy for about 3 years and was on a medication that wasn’t helping (shout out to Victory Clinic for figuring that out!). Now I’m on a new medication that is helping! What I love most about the Victory Clinic is that they truly care about you. When you walk in, everyone is so kind and welcoming. They always make sure you’re comfortable, heard, and that you have the answers you need. Every person there has been supportive of my healing journey. I remember feeling so nervous at first, but after being there since July, I can honestly say I look forward to going every day! As someone who has lost body autonomy, it means the world to me that everyone at Victory Clinic always asks before beginning TMS treatment, "Is this comfortable?" or "Do you need me to decrease the pressure?" They also make sure to say things like, "We’re starting treatment now," or when testing your thresholds, they narrate what's happening. This is so important because it ensures you never feel like a burden. They seem to understand my fear of not speaking up when something feels uncomfortable. Their constant communication and care make it feel like I’ve been there for a long time, even though I’ve only been a patient for a few months. Whether it’s doing TMS or Spravato, I always feel safe and supported. I remember asking if there was a goal or guideline to follow, like a fast track to healing (spoiler alert: there’s not!), but they assured me that everyone’s healing process is different. As someone who used to compare myself to others a lot, the clinic made it clear that it's all about my pace. It took me a while to internalize that, but I’m so grateful the team at Victory Clinic was always there to remind me of that. I truly enjoy everyone's company there—Amanda, Michelle, Judith, Niza, Loriane (I hope I’m spelling that right!), Megan… they are ALL amazing. Did I also mention that they’re super flexible with scheduling? I really appreciate that, as someone who can be forgetful and occasionally needs to switch things around. Please consider giving Victory Clinic a chance on your healing journey. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call them! I love how detailed and patient they are when answering your questions.”
“After 20+ years of severe depression, suicidal ideation and anxiety I finally feel alive after my treatments. I have a zest for life now. I can’t thank the team at Victory Clinic in Manhattan enough. So worth it!!!”
