What patients say on Google
“For the last 12 years, after losing my daughter to suicide, I lived with thoughts of suicide every single day. It wasn’t an occasional thought—it was something I constantly battled. I spent years thinking about different ways to end my life. I attempted suicide five times. The first attempt was the closest to being successful. After that, there were many days when thoughts of suicide consumed me and felt impossible to escape. Today, those thoughts are gone. When I first started treatment, I nearly gave up. The anxiety became so intense that it felt completely overwhelming and out of control. The first six weeks were especially difficult. There were times when I wasn’t sure I could keep going, but I decided to stick with it. Little by little, things began to improve. I am incredibly thankful that I stayed with treatment because my life is so much better now. I can’t fully explain how it works, but I know that it does. It took time, patience, and trust in the process, but the changes have been real and life-changing. For the first time in many years, I feel hopeful. I have reached a point where I am beginning to taper off some of my bipolar medications, and I feel good about that. Mental illness and suicide have affected my family deeply. In addition to losing my daughter, I have also lost three cousins on my father’s side to suicide. If sharing my story helps even one person hold on a little longer, seek treatment, or believe that things can get better, then it is worth telling. Recovery is possible, even when it feels impossible.”
“When I reached out to Victory Clinic in January it was taking all I could muster to get up and head into work each morning. I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for many years but had more recently fallen in a hole with depression, primarily because of how fed up I was with my anxiety. Everyone, absolutely everyone at Victory Clinic was extremely supportive when I came in. After a consult, we decide to pursue esketamine therapy. I was really scared to go through the treatment but the Victory team supported me getting into it at my own pace. After three months of weekly visits I was already feeling better. But the biggest changes in mood and confidence happened when I took a leap to move and change jobs. I continued therapy for another month before the move took place. Everyone at Victory Clinic was supportive and encouraging during my transition. Today, just 5 months after nearly giving up on improving my mental health I am experiencing the freedom I thought I had lost when I was still a child. I am beyond grateful for the kind and loving people at Victory Clinic who healed me to the point where I could make brave changes in my life and fully realize the changes that had been taking place in my mind. Depression and anxiety will tell you that you’re a lost cause and you may believe it, like I did. But, friend, you are not. Even if you think there is no point in fighting anymore, please, talk to the people at Victory Clinic, they will fight for you until you are ready to fight for yourself.”
“So, I have been going here a while, maybe a year, and I thought I had done one of these, but in looking I had not. I struggle, day to day, with a lot of issues stemming from my various disabilities. Some of those are mental; ADHD, BPD, severe anxiety, and severe depression! Thanks to Victory's help, I can focus more on my physical issues and not have to worry about my mental health as much. I actually have a lot wrong with my spine, and last year, prior to a procedure, they gave me a cocktail of meds to manage my anxiety for the procedure. They had always stuck with the same 2 meds, but as their effects were lessening with each procedure, they decided to throw in ketamine. It had such an incredible effect on me that, after discussing with my psychiatrist, I gave Victory a call, and, as they say, the rest is history!!! Everyone is fairly friendly and the procedures are simple and well managed by the staff. If you are suffering with depression and anxiety, then you should give them a call, it could be the best choice you ever make for your mental health!!”
“Victory Clinic is such an amazing place filled even more amazing people. i’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for almost 3 years and spravato has given me hope. i never thought i would be where i am today. and i never thought i would make the progress i have. my family has seen the change in me for the good and i see it in myself too. there will always be good and bad days but my good days are becoming more easy to come by. Victory Clinic will help you in so many ways.”
