“If I could give a 0, I would! I had a great experience until a month ago when they ghosted me. I had an appointment, they never sent the link or reached out. Until an hour after the appointment and that was to say they had rescheduled the appointment to the next day and the same time. That happened for a week, day after day. I tried calling so many times… It would just send me to another “line” (I guess you could call it) with hold music… I waited in that up to 30 minutes multiple times. One time I had a random voicemail saying the same the texted rescheduled were saying. So I thought, maybe this is a number I can’t get through to someone? Nope. In fact an alert played saying this number could be a scam and to hang up immediately. After a week my doctors assistant called to tell me my appointment was in 15 mins. When I explain the past weeks events he played like he was clueless. I canceled my debit card (as I read on Reddit that they’d charge even if they no show) and reported to my insurance as a scam. I’d run away from TeleMind as fast as you can!”
