“I wish I could leave zero stars. When our provider left this practice, they refused to keep us on as patients -- no referrals, no transition plan, nothing. For people managing mental health medications, that's not just bad service, it's abandonment. On top of that, we've lost access to GeneSight test results that were ordered through this provider -- results that should follow a patient, not disappear with a clinician. Please think carefully before establishing care here. If your provider ever leaves, don't expect this practice to help you land on your feet.”

“Staff and Providers are great. I've been in treatment for over 15 years and I received absolutely no help from anyone until I decided to give Affiliated Family Counselors another try. I'm very thankful to them for their help! I see Shelley and Joan and I'm very pleased with them. I've read through most of the reviews and I can Guarantee that most of these negative reviews are from drug seeking people. I'm not saying that people are not having real problems. But I happen to know that everytime I show up for my appointments the front desk staff are very friendly and polite and that Joan and Shelley seem to truly care that I'm there.”

“My wife has appointment twice she when to her appointment and the front desk receptionist said she is not on the schedule so we can't see Amy and my wife ask can she pay cash she said yes and the next appointment will be at 2 pm same day . So after that the receptionist said we don't have appointment until 2 weeks later . So for me I have bad experience my wife need treatment and now we wait for the Dr to give a referral. So this is very bad is race for us”
