“I would not recommend coming here if you need to do virtual. The therapists themselves are great, but their technology is sketchy. It glitches quite often, and you’ll be left paying no show fees because their system never put you and your therapist in the same room (even if you were both logged in). Doesn’t matter that you did show up. I found a better therapy place that doesn’t penalize you for their technology going wrong. They only charge no show fees if you don’t show, unlike LifeStance.”
