“I have been seeing my Psychiatrist here for Several years, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She has listened to me and been very supportive of working through several hard life events. However, I recently saw a therapist named Kate Pemberton at this location, and she has been absolutely horrible. When we first started, she went on a 15-minute tangent about how, if I miss or no-call/no-show an appointment, I would be forced to pay an $85 no-call/no-show fee. Which is completely valid; I understand that their time is extremely Valid. That said, I request that they show the same respect for my time. So they no-called, no-showed my third appointment. I texted and called but didn't get a response for quite a while. I asked if I would then receive the same $85 refund and was told, "It doesn't work that way." After which I decided to terminate my employment with her. She then decided to call me "Mentally unwell." Which is extremely unprofessional and rude. I am attending Therapy because I have several diagnoses and am actively seeking help; to be shamed by a therapist is beyond unprofessional and extremely hurtful. She has shown that this place, or at least she, is just looking for money. I will be escalating this to Interpersonal Psychiatry in hopes that they address this rude behavior, as well as to the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board.”

“Dr. Soni really cares about his patients. I feel like he takes the time in our appointments to really address how I’m feeling, how the medication is effecting me, working or not working. He is a great psychiatrist!”

“I got double charged, showed the emails, the bank transactions, and the transaction ID's but the billing staff wont acknowledge it and told me I wasn't double charged. The provider I use is amazing though.”

“Have been with Interpersonal and it's Care team for over 8 years now and love all they have done. Ketamine has helped a ton and covered by the V...a.”
