“Not the quiet and calming vibes you expect to see from a therapy office. The questionnaire they gave me to fill out was also riddled with typos and grammatical errors making it very difficult to understand what was being asked. Initial consultation was not warm or welcoming at all. Dr. was only concerned about finding ways to get insurance to cover my treatment and asked about trauma in a very insensitive way. More of an interrogation than a conversation. Was also extremely dismissive of my symptoms and the impact of them on my life. Did not take a trauma informed approach at all.”
