What patients say on Google
“Had no problem getting in contact with them first go around and was told there'd be no issue with doing a telehealth visit for my first consultation to get more information. Problems came when I had questions about paperwork and scheduling of the appointment. Was informed that the providers require you to be IN the state of Kansas or they likely won't approve you. Would have been helpful to know up front! Second, the paperwork made zero sense in the patient portal, when asking for my location I kept getting dropped off to Washington the state. I live in the Midwest and had 0 options to select anything other locations in and around Washington State. Attempts to contact the office directly were difficult, middle of the day outside of lunch hours and I got routed to the voicemail twice after sitting on hold forever. Third attempt I got a receptionist who didn't really help and was difficult to understand with how softly she spoke, and instead of transferring me to the proper folks I had to hang up and then someone else called me back. It was then that I was informed of the above situations. The person I spoke to was helpful and polite, but the amount of hoops required to get here and then to not be told pertinent information up front was enough to make me cancel my appointment and reconsider my options. I'm sure this facility is awesome and a lot of folks have had good experiences, but I can't recommend this location to anyone based on my own experiences.”
