“Office: You will not find a more compassionate team of people than at KCPP. Dr. Handoo shows everyday the importance of what his office does. I had a nearly 20 year mistrust of psychiatrists and he broke through when many others did not. The back office works diligently to get people in for care and works out the billing so you can focus on the treatment you need. Chloe & Chelsea, two of the TMS technicians take the time to listen and care for you. Treatment: I wanted to push everything and everyone away and just live out my life in isolation till it killed me. I had tried all types of therapy and medication to treat my depression but I still felt I didn’t have a life worth living. I was about to turn 35 and thought to myself I need to decide how the remainder of my life was going to go. I would give the first half my life 1 star. I am very happy that I did research and found deep TMS and KCPP. I am writing this review at my penultimate treatment and am excited for the first time in a long time to enjoy life. Since starting treatment I have reached out to old friends and am making new friends. I started a garden, and organized my art supplies. I could not imagine even doing what might feel mundane to others before Deep TMS. I am ready for the rest of my life to be 4 stars, 5 feels unrealistic. This is my review and thank you note to KCPP for everything they have done for me and whoever else reads this.”

“I hit one of the lowest points ever in my life, so when my therapist suggested ketamine therapy, I thought “what more do I have to lose?” I am so happy that I decided to go through with it because it really does work. Dr. Handoo and his team are fantastic, I was extremely nervous for my first treatment, and by number six I was sad that my treatments were over. Their treatment rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I felt at ease during my treatments. That is saying a lot since ketamine can make you feel very vulnerable. Dr. Handoo listened to everything I had to say, and he has been doing it long enough that he knows how to help each individual patient. If you are on the fence about it, I highly recommend giving it a chance!”

“I have been struggling with depression for a large majority of my life. So when it was suggested I do TMS, I had my doubts on its effectiveness. I was nervous and not very trusting, yet I had Dr. Handoo to assure me everything would be fine AND Kately as an amazing TMS tech. When Kately couldn’t be around, I had Stephanie. The way KCPP handles teamwork and mental health in general is refreshing. For once I felt like a normal person simply by being in their office. And now, as I am about finished with treatment, I see a difference. I’m amazed. I recommend TMS here if you’ve struggled for a while. They’re great.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Handoo and his wonderful team at this facility. In my many interactions with around a half dozen of his team members, I've not had one negative experience. The facility itself is comfortable, cozy, and well-suited for fostering a relaxing and positive treatment experience. From the beginning, it was clear that they were a cut above. Dr. Handoo conducted my evaluation mere days after I first contacted KCPP with a request to be seen. My first treatment was scheduled for just two weeks later. When my insurance provider was being difficult in those early days, the people at KCPP advocated aggressively on my behalf and resolved the issues with minimal headache on my part. They took a complex and frustrating process and made it as simple as possible for me, and that's worth something. I'd like to extend my particular appreciation to Dr. Handoo, Nurse Omo, and Nurse Angel. I cannot say enough good things about these three. Saying that Dr. Handoo has gone above and beyond hardly suffices to convey the ways he has helped me during my treatment. Meanwhile, Omo and Angel are incredible care providers. Their positivity is infectious, and I always look forward to seeing them. Again, not enough good things can be said. If you're looking for a treatment clinic, I can't recommend KCPP highly enough. They've provided me with excellent patient care, while helping me feel more like a friend or family member than a patient.”
